PORK traditional recipes, all prepared with El Chile Toreado spices 

Adobada  – Marinated pork, chopped and grilled with onions and adobo sauce, until tender. (Adobo is a rich, earthy sauce, made with a variety of chiles, spices and herbs.) 

Alpastor – A heightened version of Adobada, this pork dish is marinated in adobo sauce, then grilled with pineapple and onion. (a perfect combination of sweet, salt and spice) 

Buche – Grilled pork stomach with onions and spicy jalapeños. 

Carnitas – Braised shredded pork shoulder, fried to perfection in its own lard. 

Cueritos – Chicharrón pork rinds pieces marinated in our mild green sauce. 

BEEF – traditional recipes, all prepared with El Chile Toreado spices

Barbacoa – Shredded cheek meat slow cooked until tender.

Carne Asada – Chunks of grilled steak, marinated in El Chile Toreado seasonings.

Picadillo – Ground beef, grilled with potatoes, New Mexico Hatch green chile and onions.

 

VEGGIE Grilled to perfection pico de gallo, pinto beans, potatoes, New Mexico Hatch green chile and rice, topped with Monterrey jack cheese.
